HOME ABOUT US DISTRICT NATIONAL

Bangor & Holyhead Circuit

Corona Virus

Despite the current pandemic all the churches in the circuit are holding regular services in some form. For details see the current circuit Plan. The plan for June to August is now available here. Penmaenmawr has Zoom services fortnightly and phone services on alternate weeks. Bangor is running live services on Sunday mornings when Penmaenmawr has a Zoom service and Zoom services on the Sundays between. Other churches have telephone services, usually fortnightly. There is an evening Zoom service at St John's each month.

A service sheet you can use at home is produced every week. Here is the sheet for Sunday, May 2nd.

Read the New Testament in a Year!

At the recent Methodist Conference the "God for All" initiative was launched. It incorporates "A Methodist Way of Life", a plan to help us with personal discipleship. More details of both of these will appear during the year, and John Hughes is launching a circuit initiative to help us to read the bible regularly: "Read the New Testament in a Year". You can find more about it and a reading schedule for the year here.
